Jay walked down the street, homeless, as always. No matter; he didn't mind being homeless. Especially since that day he'd discovered his...abilities. He saw a guy standing on the corner of an alley. Casually, Jay walked over, like he was going to buy drugs from him. When Jay got there, he promptly jammed a switchblade into the man's heart, and took every bit of weed from the body, then left like nothing ever happened.
He walked a few blocks before leaning against the side of a building and lighting up a joint. He smiled, exhaling and watching the smoke rise. "Too easy..."

When the footsteps faded into the distance, a low snarl echoed from the darkened alleyway. It came not twice, but three, before a beastly hand eagerly darted from the shadows. Razor claws ruthlessly grabbed the motionless body’s head, the dew claws piercing into the soft human skull to bring in the feast. Rotten muscles tightened as the man was carefully dragged from the safety of a public street, the slurping sounds and thick snapping sound quickly followed the eerie occurrence.
After a few moments, a figure finally stepped out of the shady alley way, dragging his jacket sleeve across his bearded jaw. A few hair thin streaks of crimson streaked across the black fabric before the man brought his single head up. Cerberus just caught the image of a young man walking away from the scene, putting his paws hands into his torn up jeans.
‘Fresh meat…nothing like it….’ One head noted within his mind, with the second hidden head agreed with a sneer. ‘Not spoiled at all…Such a surprise’.
He couldn’t deny his other head’s points; He had simply went out to take himself for a walk, and when taking a true form break, being a biped can get troublesome, and he finds dinner. He was one lucky dog, that was for sure. At a relaxed pace, Cerberus followed the vibrant scent of the culprit; a strong stench of his species and a foreign substances. His calm expression kept up after leaving a gruesome sight and even when he was nearing where the young man had stopped to take in his prize.

Jay didn't pay any mind to anything. He just let his eyes slowly close, enjoying the feeling he was getting. He loved his highs. Even after his discovery, he still preferred smoking weed. Then, he heard something.
"Look out....Trouble....Get away fast...." It was faint, almost like a whisper. Jay's eyes popped open, and his head jerked, looking around.
"What the--?"
"Run! Get out of here...." He looked in the direction of the sound, seeing nothing but a purple tulip on a windowsill.
"OH GOD, IT TALKS."
"AH HE TALKS BACK! Then, it got urgent." RUN! YOU'RE IN DANGER!"
Jay blinked, and looked at his weed, not being that familiar with his Plant Whispering yet. "This must be some really good stuff...or really bad...." He muttered, leaning back against the wall and finishing his joint.

Only another moment of so past before the culprit lined with the hazel sight, a young human male. The unfamiliar fumes were stronger then ever, prickling at the over-sensitive nose enough to give it a slight cringe. Humans and their substance abuse…Cerberus had seen many victims of it simply as a guard. He could almost swear the overuse made their very soul reek of drugs, yet with an apparently human nose, it was fairly new. However, aside from the substance smell that lurked around him, the hell hound could smell that this was no human. The Bahamian male continued his pace regardless, his true eyes remaining forward as his trail seemed to follow that path. He felt a little weird about approaching another in such a random moment, especially out in the open like this. Yet, he felt it was necessary.
‘Second course?’ Came another one of his heads, a hissing like laughter followed before this time, the other retaliated. ‘Leave him…we got our fill. That halfer deserves gratitude’. At least as a gate guardian, they could agree on simple things like this. As a human on Earth however, seemed that wasn’t the case.
Step by step, he got closer and closer to the boy on the wall, the cloud was now lingering around the area. Cerberus was slowly passing this murderer now, still considering which of his heads to listen to this one time. Just passing him, he stopped and turned over his shoulder to look down at the younger male. His physical voice came out, being much different from his mental one. His mental was two toned (by the two other heads), eerie and almost to a low snarl like hiss, while his human voice was low, smooth and contained a slight Bahamian accent. “Thanks, Kid. ”
First head; Zero, Second; One.

Jay'd finished his joint, but he was gone to the world. Even the talking plants couldn't get his attention now. He dropped what little remained of his joint on the ground and pressed it under his foot.
He blinked; even in his current state, the fact that some random guy had walked up and thanked him got his attention. Jay looked at him and laughed. "Say what?"

The demonic canine found amusement in how out of it the boy looked and sounded he inquired what he had meant. The younger boy had that far off look, just swimming in his own state of personal peace. Almost made Cerberus roll his eyes, but instead, allowed his other two to do it for him. He could easily show the boy what he meant, subtly but it was still be one of those weird moments. He could still feel an artery lodged between his lateral incisor and his canine, and could easily take out it right in front of the boy. However, unlike most of his fellow demon, he wasn’t much for making some sort of display for nothing. Plus, it made lasting flavour.
“It’s polite to give gratitude where it’s due, and that’s what I did. ” He noted with a shrug, his broad shoulder’s movements were shrouded by the long coat on them. There seemed to be no need to explain himself further, especially when he doubted the boy would recall this moment later anyway. He gave a small smile, the tips of his sharpened canines peeking past his lips. “You’ll learn when you get older” He chuckled as he turned his head back towards his path, his tied back dreadlocks flicked to the head movement. Halfer kid; Always had so much to learn.

The smell of acrid smoke makes Aidens nose wrinkle a little, she'd never liked the smell of it. Even sitting up on a fifth floor balcony she couldn't escape it. "This whole place reeks of dirt and smoke, I have no idea how you poor things survive it". Aiden runs her hand over the leaves and buds of a potted rose plant, making the buds flare open and the leaves unfurl. "Too bad you can't get up and walk away huh, these people don't give you nearly enough water and your soil is very malnutrictioned. Maybe I'll come back later and take you home, you'd like it there, plenty of water and good soil".
Aiden stands slowly, so not to fall off the balcony railing. Earlier she had seen a squirrel climbing up an oak tree and coped it's crazy nimbleness to climb quickly up the fire escape, from practice she has figured out that her copying powers last about three hours, giving her one more hour. Like a tight-rope-walker Aiden walks along the railing until she reaches the fire escape ladder and without hesitation quickly makes her way down four floors.
Been climbing it's fortunate Aiden is wearing the appropriate clothing; loose faded black jeans, white tank top and a black short sleeve button up shirt. Feeling in one of her 'rebellious' moods Aiden also wears a black studded wristband on each wrist, three silver rings on each hand and a necklace that has a skull and crossbones hanging from it, all finished with a pair of dark green converse high tops.
She had not seen the man get stabbed or eaten afterwards, but she could smell the faint iron scent of blood in the air. Sometimes I hate these fucking senses. Carefully she smells the air a few times. In some part of her mind she has stored up the scents for each animal and person she has come across and without really knowing how she can pick up that the young male is a half-breed like herself, while the other scent is coming from a demon. "Shit, hate those guys".
Watching the demon approach Jay, Aiden expects it to attack him, but instead he simply walks past and says something to the other. Thankyou... why would he say... oh gross no way he didn't eat that guy. Sticking out he tongue a little at the thought Aiden leans forwards and jumps down, landing crouched on the ground, her hands scratched up a little but the small cuts heal up almost instantly.
She's pretty sure that one or both of the men has noticed her by now, if not she mays well make her presence known now. "Dude, that was pretty fucking gross that shit you pulled back there, eating that guy!".

"Riiiiiiight..." Jay muttered, starting to stare up into the sky. Then, he noticed someone else was there. He didn't notice her approach, he just noticed when she'd spoken.
But when he noticed, he took notice, looking her over a bit. Not bad. Not bad at all... Then, something hit him. "Wait...eating that guy? Oh dude...that's just...dude...
He blinked, realizing the plant was right. "Damn," he muttered, "Shoulda listened to the plant..."

He watched the boys eyes return to the sky, keeping his relaxed expression and taking that as a cue for his leave. It worked out well; he did what he felt was necessary, and didn’t have to elaborate. He was used to doing tasks like that, simply ending with a nod and turning his heel to continue onward to finish his walk.
‘Oh crud’ ‘Oh hot damn!’
His heads caught her sight before he did, since mostly his back was to her. He only got one step in before her bold words caught his attention as well, giving a closed mouth sigh. So much for keeping it simple. He turned fully to look at the owner of the voice, finding a female about his human body’s age. “Wow, that’s quite an accusation” He laughed calmly, taking one hand out of his pockets to rub the back of his neck. He wasn’t going to deny it, since unless she saw the moment (though that was unlikely, seeing as he was his true form instead of the present human one) or she was able to sense what had occurred through some way. He took a moment to take in her scent, concluding that though she smelled a lot better then the boy, she too was a halfer. He glanced over at the teenager, hearing his words and arching a brow at his rather dimwitted realization. “You two do realize that cannibalism is greatly frowned upon in this country, right? ” He joked, moving his hand out to his words as if offering the question on it.

Auden sighs, puts her hands on her hips and walks towards Jay and Cerberus, giving a little disapproving look. "Yes he ate that guy you must have stabbed i can smell the blood all over both of you, as much as I'd yo not have no. And you" she points at Jay, "Smoking that stuff, this demon here could have just walked up and bitten your head off, been one to eat people I say he would have been able too".
She scoffs at the demons statement. "Like you care what is and what isn't acceptable in the world, been what you are mist of the time you just make up your own rules likeyour all little kings n queens or something". Again Aiden speaks to Jay. "Dont listen to anything this guy says, full of total crap the whole lot if them, just run their mouths about something or other I never really listened. Mr and my brother have been getting jumped by ag least ten since the Day of Eden", said in a tone that makes it sound like Aiden thinks it's call made up.
Scuffing the ground with a shoe Aiden glances towards Cerberus. "I don't need to be told anymore of that stuff, I escaped death once, I don't plan in making dinner plans with the guy again".

Jay smiled at the girl. Boldness, he liked that. High or not. "Well, lots of things are frowned upon in this country. Homelessness, smoking weed, killing, stealing.....But those are just me. Besides, I'm too much work to kill. No...that's not it. I'm more fun to keep around." He winked at her.
"Seriously, though, cannibalism is sick. Too sick even for me..."

Well, his latter idea was proven correct by the woman, and he didn’t even have to prod to find out. He stood there quietly, looking down at the woman from his looming height and just listening as her observations points struck both of the males. His shaggy brow spiked up with her words regarding himself. Kings and Queens? Hell, he wasn’t even considered a Knight among demons; he was a pet. Though, point taken, he is the King of Hell’s dog. He cocked his head a little, still looking at the woman as she meant about not listening to him. All he did was thank him, who did she think he was? “Uhhhh sorry ?” He looked at the boy, uncertain of really what else to say to that. His words actually caught the attention of his other heads, even the one focusing most of the dog’s attention on the female.
‘Gotcha there’ The two tone voice came twice over, surprising the middle head hearing his other two actually completely agree on something.
“ …Touche. But techncially, it wasn't considered cannibalism if you think about it. ” He said, giving a ‘point well taken’ nod to the youngest. He looked back at the woman, catching the grim demeanor on her attractive features. Part of Cerberus’ grin came from the fact that only one of the three people was actually taking this little situation seriously. Sure, one’s lack of seriousness came from him being high as a kite but it was still pretty entertaining. He put his hand over his mouth to smother the laughter slipping through his pursed lips to the interaction between the other two. Hitting on someone when they are trying to save you from a monster; even the literal thought was hilarious.

Aiden gives Jay a small scowl as he winks at her. "More fun to keep around huh, how much fun is stummbling around the streets strung out of your mind most of the time. Bet you steal most of the things you own, I know you killed that guy just to get his drugs". "You don't know much about the world of demons do you kid? Let me guess, you find out you've got these abilities and and you think it's the best thing in the world". "Demon I don't really care that you ate that guy, I mean can't go worrying about every human killed by a demon now can I"
Aiden laughs softly at Cerberu's 'technicalities'. "I suppose it really wasn't cannibalism since that implies eating your own kind, and you are definately not human". Seeing Cerberus styfling a laugh at Jay hitting on her Aiden gives him a short glare, the grass tufts growing through the cracks in the ground shaking a little and appear to be growing. "Have you had your fill for today".

Jay only chuckled at Aiden's comment. "Hey, you haven't seen me not high. Being high is just for me. Not high...well...you know." He grinned. "Well, that's a better explanation than I can come up with. When I discovered what I could do, I was high at the time. When I came off it, I thought it was just a dream or hallucination. Then, I did it again. Pardon me for taking advantage of a situation.."
"So I steal. I've been in foster homes all my life, lived on the streets since I was fourteen. Guy's gotta stay alive."
He sighed. If only I can get the demon to leave... he thought to himself, scooting further from Cerberus when she asked if he'd had his fill.

“ And wait…you do?” He counter questioned her about demon knowledge, even though she wasn’t speaking to him. It took him by slight surprise, making him cock his head again. His dreadlocks followed his head, but moved back when he fixed his neck to ponder her next point. “True, you’d probably have a heart attack” He grinned at such a grim fact, having heard many demon tales of their accomplishments in their personal fields of torment. “ Well, if you want to be whole, just get together. Half and half makes a whole” He teased behind his hand, avoiding the look of another oncoming glare and not to laugh at it. The joke was mostly Aiden, since by the glare he received before, he could assume she wasn’t too impressed. He doubted that Jay would see much offence in such an innuendo.
A laugh echoed in his head. ‘Check out the kid.’One noted on the movement. ‘What a pussy.’
“ Well…” He paused for a minute, pretending to seriously think about that question. “Now that you mention it…” He slowly finished, eyeing Jay with ravenous eyes. He let his canines show in a smile and had them lengthen slowly, before just laughing and his face returned to a relaxed smile. “ Relax, I’m only kidding. I can contain myself.” As he spoke, he let his teeth slowly go back to a just over average sharpness.
