As Eros grabbed the mans hand and led him to the seat he didn't feel any tug or pull. He just thought that Adrian followed him without hesitation since he couldn't see his face expression and wasn't searching his emotions at the time. Eros then sat down next to Aiden in his same chair he was sitting in earlier. He was excited now that there were two half breeds in the room when Eros didn't even knew they existed until a few days ago. Eros just sat in the chair swinging his legs back and forth as they didn't quit reach the ground. He kept looking back and forth rapidly between the two wondering what they were going to do next. As Eros blurted out his name Adrian asked him if it was the same god from Greek myths. He quietly nodded his head yes as Aiden answered his question for him. There was just nothing else to say. "Yeah, but...but you cant tell. It has to be are secrete. " Eros told Adrian while making a cross on his hart.
Aiden seemed like she was putting herself down saying that her powers weren't that grate unlike some other ones. Eros pounded on the table. Thats not true!" He shouted at her. Not noticing the other mortals making a shh sound with there fingers. "You have the ability over nature. Your like my masters mommy, Gaia the goddess of the earth. You hold the power to help this world so much. Just by growing many trees will help the global worming issue, Flowers are pretty and you can spread the world with them making the whole.." As Eros spoke with inspiration he said the word whole and opened his arms up wide so she would get the point. "Whole world pretty." He finished then she said something about animals which was even cooler in his eyes. He wouldn't get started on that one.
Eros smiled as Adrian revealed his name. "Nice to meet you, I have a feeling were all going to be great friends." He told the man.Adrian apologized for the way he acted. Eros shrugged "Don't worry about it. Confusion can be a scary emotion." Eros told him. Eros listen intently as Aiden described how he must have felt with no one to talk to about his powers. Eros never thought about it. He was always told and trained by his parents. Power was just about the only thing he knew all his life. He didn't say anything about it but the look on his face was that of someone lost in thought. Aiden told Adrian the plans to help stop the war. Eros nodded. Not just half breeds but all races if they unite with us we could protect everyone. We could all be heroes." Eros told the other two. Aiden told them shes opening her house to anyone who needs it. Eros pointed at himself. "I don't have a house. I can really stay with you?" He asked rhetorically. "Thank you thank you so much." He said with a bright smile. |

Adrian then smiled. It was that of wonder, inspiration and dare he say it....content? Says the man who went out of his mind several hours ago. Maybe there was a change in him, and he had a feeling that there was more to come. He could not waste his new life going mad over a new invasion of sorts. No. He had an opportunity with Aiden and Eros to make a difference, and he sure as hell was not going to sit in the sidelines.
He glanced at Eros, still not fully registering in his mind, the fact that he was an angel. A famous one at that. "And here I thought Cupid was an adult in appearance..." He shook his head and grinned, "No offense, kid. Your secret is safe with me. I don't think the authorities can handle this yet, anyway." He gave a small laugh, just imagining how the police would react to think. The ignorant policeman probably dont have any clue whats going on around them.
He listened to Aiden comments, and heard Eros add to it. They did seem rather genuine people, and now Adrian felt almost at peace now that he knows he is not alone. "Well, I need to stay back home, i'm afraid. My brother could be going through the same thing yet, and I havent seen him for a few days...." He didn't know whether to be worries about his twin, or passing it off as Stevens way of having 'me' time. He was always going off doing his own thing as well, so it would be of no suprise. He only just wondered what he'd be doing right about now with his new powers. Poor guy.
Adrian was a little shy. He hated to be too open to his feelings, but he thought he'd better say it and feel better afterwards. Besides, he figured no one expected a punk-rocker to join the group. His messy hair, loose jeans, and the many silver rings and chains linked around his neck and fingers. And here he thought he could scare them off.
"And here I thought I wasn't gonna find anyone like me. I'm glad I found you guys, actually. If I didn't, I may as well be clinically insane and check me into the nearest hospital, " He looked pretty dead serious now, yet a ghost of a smile still remained, "Now at least I have a purpose in life, and to try and stop this crap from happening. Before I cause a blackout." |

Eros's outburst makes Aiden jump a little, having not been expecting the child angel to suddenly band the table with his fists. To calm him Aiden puts a hand on his shoulder. "I'll make the world pretty again, I'll make the trees grow big and strong, I'll make the flowers bloom brighter than they have ever before. When the earth has been burnt I will make it green and come alive again, all I need are a few little seeds or saplings and i can make them grow so fast". Giving him an almost motherly smile Aiden puts a small kiss on the top of Eros's head.
She bows her head in understanding at Adrian wanting to go back to his brother. "I understand, your brother could need you and you should be there for him if he does, but if either or both of you are back in the area then by all means track me down, you'll have a place to stay at least". The sight of the three must be a bit confusing to anyone watching them; a child, Aiden dressed like a business woman and Adrian looking like an extra from a rock video clip. She would have to change into her regular clothing once at home, the heels are killing her feet.
"I'm glad I found you too, I was starting to wonder if anyone would listen to me and take me seriously". Eros's excitment about been able to stay at the house makes Aiden laugh. "Of coures you're welcome to stay with us at the house Eros. I think you'll like it there".

As Adrian told Eros that he had thought Eros was a older man in appearance Eros put his fingers together as if he was unsure how to tell the man the truth behind that assumption. "Well, I was alot older before. You see I was assigned by god to protect this fountain known as the fountain of youth. As I guarded it for years its power merged within my body and I became the fountain itself. So I guess now I have the fountain's abilities within me. The power over time itself. It keeps me little forever. I can make other people older or younger by reversing or speeding up time for them. But I cant seem to use it on myself." Eros informed them. His ability over time has granted him more power then he would have ever known. The fountain of youth had became an angel of youth. Eros smiled when Adrian said that he would keep the secrete. That was good knew because Eros was worrying over the fact that he keeps telling people who he is when hes not supposed to. The other angels would surly be mad if his identity was reviled to the large population.
Eros wanted Adrian to stay with them but if he had to do other things then Eros had to just accept that. Eros unlike the other two didn't have any family that he was close with. Sure there was his mother who forced him to do her dirty work every time he visits her. His father also didn't pay attention to him. It was always training to fight and testing his combat skills with that man. repairing for war weather there was one or not. Eros didn't know what it was like to have family. As Aiden tells him that she will make the world pretty after and use her abilities to help Eros feels like this is what it must be like to have family. Eros's eyes water with happiness as Aiden lays a kiss on his head. "I'm glad." He simply says to her with a small smile.
Eros listened to them both talk about how each were glad to have found each other. Eros felt the same way. He would have never expected a rocker type guy and such a sweet girl along with himself a seemingly young homeless child to come together like this over one goal. Though they all have different reasons why they are glad. Aiden felt like nobody was taking her seriously and Adrian was on the verge of being clinically insane, It seemed all three needed a goal to strive for. Eros was no different. "I felt like I was on the path to failure trying to save the world by myself, But now that were all teaming up to save it I think we can actually do it." Eros told them as he looked at one of his books on the table.
A picture stood out to him. A photo of a golden lotus. He smiled as he pointed to it." Were kinda like this a golden lotus it says it represents self-renewal, rebirth & enlightenment." Eros told them both reading the text underneath. He then smirked a devilish grin. "If were really a team then well need a name I think we should call are selves the Golden Lotus" Eros blurted out all hyper. He was truly happy now that they joined together and as Aiden told him that he was welcomed in her home maybe Eros felt like he for once has a family of its own.

[OOC: Sorry, been kind of busy lately, and have not been on the site long enough to make a decent post >.<]
Adrian looked, rather blankly at new...friends? No, he wouldn't jumped to that just yet. For him, there was a certain amount of trust that needed to work both ways in order for him to consider anyone as friends. Eros and Aiden. Well, for now they were allies. All out for the same cause.
He had to refrain from shuddering at Aiden giving the kid a kiss. He never recieved that kind of affection as a child, so as an adult, he found the whole thing rather uncomfortable. But, she tried not to make a big deal out of it.
"The Golden Lotus? I was hoping for something a little more gung-ho. But..." He grinned, "That'll have to do. So, what do you think our first course of action is? Who did you want me to strangle first?" |

"I wouldn't say I was feeling like i was on a path of failure but it is hard with it been just my brother and I, two people can only do so much and it was me doing the meeting most of the time anyway since apparently I have a better nack for talking to strangers". Aiden leans back her chair, thinking. "Golden Lotus huh? The sign on rebirth, renewel and enlightenment. Sounds good to me, I think it suites. We're trying to fight for humanity to be reborne from the ashes of this war that's coming and we want to teach others like myself and Adrian about what they are and what they can do".
"Strangle?". Aiden shakes her head slowly. "No I don't want any unwarrented violence used, though I can fight I prefer not to I'll only use it as a last resort. Our next course of action would probably be finding others and telling them about what's happening. From past experiences I know that some will be in denial and simply refuse to believe what they're been told, the only way to convince them will be show your abilities". Aiden suddenly realises something. "I never asked, Adrian what can you do?".

Eros knew that these guys would most likely have different views of the whole idea on how to save the world. Adrian from what he had said about ringing some necks was a clear sign that he liked to take the direct physical approach. Though Eros didn't see the need to fight most of the time he on the other hand sometimes feels that fighting is a must in some cases. Eros has seen it with his own eyes. Beings with so much power think they are untouchable and never take the weak serous because they believe physical power is matched with mental. This is not the case most of the time but they are stubborn until beaten to submission. Eros had learned that from his father. As Aiden told them they should find others and explain the situation to them Eros felt inside that this would be a very good course to take. Well good if they knew who was a spiritual being and who was mortal. If they could convince them all to join there side. But Eros knew that most times in large numbers group members always have different opinions and ideas, In smaller groups they can be quicker and more in-tune with each others ideas as they will be few. Eros decided it was time to share with the others.
"I'm glade you both like the name. .... Its so cool." Eros says while squinting his eyes with excitement. Then he tries to get more on the subject. What do we do now? "I think we should learn to work as a team, Find out what we can do and what are skills are. Also what are weaknesses are so the other two can cover were one of us cant. I think it might be best to just describe your powers and any normal skills we all have and then from that we can get an idea on what each one of us is able to do. I agree with Aiden we need to inform others but I think we should wait a little. We don't want angels and demons to know what were doing yet. If word gets out to soon they could choose to attack us before were ready," He told her then looked over at Adrien. "Then its us who will get are necks rung." He told him. So the best thing to do would be to grow as a team. "Maybe we could train with each other to see how we use team work. And then once were ready to fight just in case we needed to defend are selves, then we can start to inform the others. What do you guys think?" Eros asked them both.
"OK so I guess I'll tell you my powers so you guys can know more about what I can do," Eros placed his hand palm down on the table. As he raised it from underneath formed a metallic replica of his cute god like self. There was a shinny metal angel holding a bow and arrow. "I can create and control metal." He stated then he took the metal item and scratched the table with it. "My other ability effects time in different ways. I can restore time for anything healing damage." He placed his finger on the able and with a white glow it looked brand new. "Or speed time up rotting it. I can use this to teliport or make things go faster or slower even stop them completely. And then theres my other abilities a little harder to show you guys. "I can make people feel any emotion as well as sense them. And the last ability I have is...." He paused and held his hands almost touching as a red electricity fired from his fingers into his other fingers. "Its called ability supercharging but if its not enhancing another power its high voltage energy." As Eros explained his ability's to them he wondered if they were getting bored but he just loved his powers so much that he could go on and on about them. He wished they would do the same for him now that he finished.

[OOC: First off, i'm REALLY sorry for not posting. I had a hell of alot of internet issues, and was unable to get on for properly and post for the last few weeks. Also, I never abandoned this thread. I was over my limit for the month, so the internet went extremely slow.]]
Adrian seemed to chuckle in his breath, as soon as he asked what powers he had. Frankly, did not quite get the full extremity's of his powers. In fact, he really had no idea what to call it. But, now knowing he was joining up with his new team, who each shared similar goals, it had to be out in the open.
"Well, uh - I have no idea what to call my powers, but here goes. The first I discovered was some sort of electricity conduit. In other words, I released a surge of electricty from my hands. My other, was the fact that I could turn my body into some sort of solidified metal. The other one...Well, let's just say I turned my straight vodka shot into a shot of water, " His chuckle was louder, as if he tried to make sense of it all, "No really, I did. And I tried it again and turned my pencil into a pen, when I left a note for my brother."

Aiden thinks for a few minutes about how she could properly describe her abilities and what normal ones she has. "Well as I've already said I can control the growth of plantlife. I can make a small sapling grow into a huge oak within few hours, I can also control the movements of tree brances and vines in the way that if I need to get somewhere that's high up I can make the tree branches bend down for me to step onto and then have them reach up to where I need to get to, handy when I need to hide or get a good look of my surroundings"
"I can heal faster than usual. When the powers of half-breeds was awoken I was in a coma after been hit by a car. Apparently I had brain damage. Then on the twelth of December I woke up and didn't need the machines to help me breath anymore, there were no scratches or broken bones and no signs of the brain damage that had made the doctors think that I would never wake up again. The last of my abilities as a half-breed is that I can mimic the abilities of animals. I can have the speed of a cheeta, strength of a bear or even be able to hide myself the same way a chameleon does", Aiden smiles a little,"though I haven't tried that on out yet". "As for other things I've always been able to do; well I've always been good with people, I seem to have a knack for getting people to talk to me, but other than that nothing really".
"You can create and control metal, control time, teleport, control the emotions of others and you can supercharge the abilities of others. Well I guess you been an angel and all it's only expected that you would have more powerful powers than people like us.". Aiden listens to Adrian describe his powers, nodding to herself. "Yes, I've heard of others having these powers aswell. The electricity ability is actually quite common, the metal coat and property manipulation on the other hand we've only seen in a few other people". "The property manipulation means that you are able to change the very chemical makeup of anything. You can turn normal metals into gold, dirty water into clean water. It's really a very cool power".

As the two of them explained there abilities to each other Eros listened intently. His love for abilities wasn't the only thing as to why. He knew that they all must have knowledge of what each other could do and how to use what they as individuals can do to work together and improve each other while in combat or in situations. Adrian explained his abilities right after Eros. He was surprised as to what the answers were but he was used to having people with strong powers surround him. Electrokinesis, was the first he described even if he didn't know its name. A metal coat that could be used for protection. It was very good in combo because he had a defensive and offensive ability. The last one was very cool indeed as Aiden also commented on it. The ability was property manipulation. Eros always liked that power but had never seen it used in combat before.
Aiden was next in line for her description on her abilities. Eros already had seen her first power in action. But he felt like there was more that meets the eye to that ability. He wondered what sort of level the ability would reach to once it was supercharged. Eros would most likely be supercharging all of there abilities to make them stronger. It wasn't like these guys were weak but Eros knew that the demons they will face were ruthless and powerful. The angels were just as powerful and on top of that they wouldn't think twice about hurting them to make a point. He stated she could heal faster then normal people. Eros smiled he was glad she could be able to do this because it would become an advantage for them if she became a diversion taking a blow but then recovering and taking out the foe. Eros has seen this strategy used and it almost always catches the foe of guard. Her animal ability was just awesome and Eros knew it would come in handy.
Eros smirked as Aiden told him that because he was an angel he would have stronger powers. Eros was an angel and a virtue so it was reasonable that his abilities would be powerful ones. His father and mother were both gods so Eros just got lucky with his genes. But it wasn't like Eros knew that his powers were stronger then most. Were he grew up everyone had abilities stronger then his. "So we all now know what we each can do. I think that will help us when the time comes. I'm not sure what you guys want to do now. But if you have time I think we should have a little bit of training in case we actually have to fight. Maybe if you guys have the time we could go some were to train are selves to work as a team."

Adrian glanced at Eros, and shrugged, "Sounds good to me, kiddo. Well, I used to do street fighting back in the day, so I could probably teach you a few self-defence manouvers. Skills i've picked up over the years. You may think we have no need for them, but it's bound to come in handy someday." He had to bite his lip to refrain from saying that he had participating in illegal fighting, since he figured the angel won't be too happy about that.
Then a thought occured to him. It would be great if they had their own place to train. Maybe a base of sorts. The homebase of the Golden Lotus. His face lit up, as he looked towards Aiden, then at Eros, then back at Aiden where he found himself blushing a bit. Maybe the punk did have a crush on the red-head. She seemed a little too nice, for his taste though. But who knows? Maybe her personality on the battleground could impress him.
"Well, I know of a large abandoned warehouse on the outskirts of the city that would be great for us to train. We could use it as a base, for meetings and such. It hasn't been used in years, so the area is really quiet. The last thing we need is to train somewhere, where we could get busted by others." |

A street fighter? Well that would come in handy, she's seen a few bare-knuckle fights and knew that most of the time the fighters tended to fight dirty and without proper rules in place. "I can't really fight with the skills that you have Adrian, most of the little scraps I've been into have just been me punching, scratching and even biting the person I'm attacking". She laughs with a little embaressment as some people would think that a girl with the personality and looks like Aiden wouldn't, or shouldn't, be the kind to know how to act in a fight.
Aiden smiles to herself as she picks up on the slight increase of Adrians heartbeat as he looks to her, to Eros then back to her. Probably thinking that I'm so very proper looking, should have gone with the jeans and shirt instead of this skirt and dress top, shirt and jeans would have given them an idea of the more real me. Shrugging inwardly Aiden listens to Adrian.
"An abandoned warehouse sounds like the perfect place where we can do some training. I mean I don't think I'd be able to use properly use my ability of controlling plants but I can still get more use in my healing and animal mimicry powers". "Yes, we don't need any demons or even angels finding out about our meetings, we don't need any of them poking their noses around and trying to break it up or causing trouble". Aiden turns to Eros, "Any time you want to have a little training session then I'm up for it".

Adrian used to do street fighting he claimed. It was very good that he had back round fighting experience. This little group is bound to rub the other factions the wrong way and fights were likely to happen. Adrian also told him that he would teach him some self defense but Eros just giggled at that statement. "Well my dad sort of trained me ever since I could remember. Being the god of war his combat skills were really good. I have a few tricks up my sleeve. I'm well versed in martial arts and weapon combat." Eros had to admit. Most of all he relied on his abilities and used them to there maximum potential. Due to the training he had with his father he is a skilled fighter despite his age and cute persona. Eros is not one to be taking lightly and underestimated. "Even though I would rather not fight dad made sure I am able to."
Eros sensed the Adrian's emotions emitting from his body. He actually had some sort of feelings for the hot red head in there team. Eros smiled with a good feeling inside. He just hopped that his presence with them didn't effect there progress together and increase there love. Eros knew Aiden had caught on to it also. Eros thought these two would make a good couple and had a half of thought to make them fall in love with each other but then felt it might compromise the mission as a team. Distractions are something they didn't need right now so he left them alone. Maybe a more natural love would develop with out the angels influence.
Adrian then told them he knew of a large abandoned warehouse they could use for training. Like sort of a little base. Eros loved the idea and the place seemed suitable for such a purpose. Aiden commented on the place also, Saying it sounded perfect. She also went on to tell them that she could use more training with her healing and animal mimicry powers. Eros gave her a small smirk. "If theres anything that I have talent for its with the use of abilities. I'm sure you'll grow in skill after we train together." Eros told Aiden. He has high hopes for her. From the sound of it they all seemed to agree that it wouldn't be good to be found out by the others. Angels or demons. Eros nodded along with both there statements concerning this. He did think that in the end they would have to recruiter some of there kind into there little group. They needed everyone on board with there plans to accomplish them. Witch brought Eros to his next subject.
"I wanted to let you guys know something." He started to tell them something he wasn't sure if they would like it or not. But he didn't want to keep it from them. He wasn't the type to hide anything from his comrades and by not telling them he felt like he was hiding this from both of them. He looked at each of there faces. "I believe there is good and evil inside everything. One can not be all evil or all good. The demon I had talked to be for coming here has opened up my thoughts on this subject. His name was Amon." Eros had to come forth with this conversation he had with the demon. "Amon was once a angel then he was beaten and tortured by his own kind, striped of his wings and pride. The demon's hart was cold and felt defeated. I know that demons are said to be mindless monsters but this in not the case. Amon is one of the deadly sins. He represents Wrath. Even though I bear the virtue of kindness and he wrath we have agreed upon an alliance. I believe if the golden lotus is to win this war, there must be morally gray lines that will be crossed." Eros explained feeling sorry for the demon as he thought about his words from before. He was always alone, why was the demon destined to be alone while the angel is surrounded by these unique interesting people? Eros thought looking at his teammates.
It seemed like everyone was geared up to train. Eros walked over to Adrian with his hand held out to him. "Take my hand and think of the place the wear house is at." He ordered. Then he extended his other hand to Aiden. "Take my other hand Aiden." He told her with a smile. When the two did so Eros teliported them to the hideout in a instant. |

Adrian glanced at Aiden and shrugged, "Well, the warehouse is right next to a reserve, which has a few small animals roaming around."
Aidrian was still shocked by the fact that this little boy was an angel. Whom, was the son of the god of war, and the goddess of the earth. Mother Earth, which is more commonly known. And still, from what he told him, the kid could fight. It was also strange, yet enlightening at the same time. He was also glad he was on his side. Wouldn't want to get his father angry, either.
He listened closely as Eros explained a few things, such as the demon known as Amon, and the fact that not all demons were evil. Well, there were very much so, but like Eros said, everyone has shades of grey. Even Adrian did.
"Understood, kid. If anything, we need to keep a high alert - " Eros told Adrian to picture the warehouse, and so the punk grabbed the kid's hand. Once Aiden was connected with them, Eros was to somehow teleport them there. Adrian closed his eyes, and pictured the entrance, and soon enough, they were whisked away.

Aiden listens to Eros explain his meeting with the demon, taking in every detail. "So some demons really were once angels, I guess the hate and anger towards the other angels and the feeling of been betrayed twisted and corrupted his mind, body and soul. If those kinds of feelings can turn an angel into a demon, a creature god, then imagine what they could do to a human or a half-breed. I hate to think what twisted monster we would become if we let hate, anger and revenge rule our lives". "We mustn't want to start fights with every demon or angel that we come across, there must be some out there, like this Amon demon that Eros came across, who don't want there to be just fighting and chaos. There have to be some who want this to all be worked out without killing so many".
Aiden stands up slowly and takes hold on Eros's hand. "Never teleported before", Aiden smiles nervously, "Hope we all end up pieced back together the same". Without really realising they had even been teleported Aiden notices that their surroundings have changed. "Woah, didn't even feel a thing. Thought there would have been some kind of tingly feeling or something". She lets go of Eros's hand and looks around the warehouse, pausing for a moment to remove the heels. "Wont be needing these now, much easier to move around in without wearing them".
